Wendy is an oil painter based in the Santa Cruz Mountains. She is a lifelong artist, painting her first mural at her middle school (of a bulldog!) at age 13. Wendy paints landscapes, cityscapes, and animals to celebrate their beauty and personality. She uses a palette knife and lots of texture in her work and is inspired by travel, the natural landscapes she explores, and the animal life with which we share the planet. She is a nurse by day and she enjoys hiking, surfing, and dance.
